Job Duties:

Confers with clients in order to solicit sales of golf services and events. Registers clients with appropriate golf packages as well as announces upcoming events and promotions. Resolves complaints and responds to inquiries. Hourly work schedule: 35 hours per week. Hours of operation are 6am 7pm (including weekends and holidays). Shift schedule times vary depending on weekly work demand. Shifts are: 5-day workweek 6am - 1:30pm; 7am - 2:30pm; 10am - 5:30pm; and 11:30am - 7:00pm. 4-day workweek - 9:45am - 7pm; and 6:30am - 3:45pm. Overtime As Needed Only

No Experience Required. Must have High School Diploma. Must speak and write in French fluently. French Requirement Information: Canam Golf was created to serve and cater to the French-Canadian population that vacations in the South Florida area during the harsh Canadian winter months. Canam Golf was formed specifically to target those individuals and offer assistance in enhancing their vacation experience. Canam Golf, as part of our services, assists these French-speaking Canadians by helping them overcome the language barrier. We utilize our bilingual French and English-speaking customer service representatives to not only obtain tee time bookings and tickets for various events, but to also explain conditions and instructions pertaining to their purchases in the French language. Canam Golfs website, promotional material and other printed materials are all offered in French. French is the first and native language for over 95% of our members. The vast majority of them are either unable to understand English or are more confortable conducting business in French. All applicants, therefore, must speak and write in French fluently, as it is a necessity in order to communicate with the majority of our members.
