- Job Duties:
- Processing seafood and picking whole, cooked crabs for consumption by the general public; sorting and packing picked crab meat by grade (jumbo lump, backfin, special and claw); loading and unloading seafood into freezers or trucks for wholesale /retail distribution;preparing and cleaning work stations as well as other general labor. Employer provides 14 days on the job training. ***See attached addendum for expanded job description***
