- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain properties using tools or equipment. Tasks may include sod laying, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, rake & blow leaves, seeding, mulching, hauling & spreading topsoil, installation of sprinklers & mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Additional duties may include light facility/equipment maintenance & inventory. May operate motorized vehicles. Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be willing to work in adverse weather conditions. Occasional Saturday or Sunday work may be offered as make up for adverse weather days.
