- Job Duties:
- Shuck oysters using knife preparatory to packaging; discard shell. Wash, grade, can, freeze, and place oysters into containers. Place sacks in shell stock area and remove oysters from area; assist with plant clean-up at the end of each shift. May occasionally operate equipment under supervision, which includes scales and shell stock washers. This work is supervised. Must be able to lift/carry up to 75 pounds.
