- Job Duties:
- Processing and packing poultry products and poultry entrees; cleaning, preparing poultry, stuffing, de-boning, seasoning, sewing bags, sealing, preparing finished turduchens, de-boned chickens. Packaging, sealing frozen entrees, packing sausage, boudin balls, bacon poppers, dishwasher and sanitation detail. Gathering raw product, thawing product, loading/unloading sausage, entrees, chicken, turduchens, boudin balls, bacon poppers . Prepared products are unloaded and loaded into boxes at the work site area for packaging of prepared food. Daily work schedule includes one (1) unpaid lunch hour. Overtime may be offered and hours will vary.
