HOLIDAYS AS REQUIRED.OVERTIME POSSIBLE VARIED. CLEAN HALLWAYS,LOBBIES,LOUNGES,RESTROOMS,ELEVATOR, STAIRWAYS, LOCKER ROOMS, AND OTHER
WORK AREAS.CLEAN FURNITURE AND FIXTURES THROUGHOUT CLUB. DISPOSE OF TRASH OR WASTE MATERIALS.
RESPONSIBLE FOR UPKEEP AND ORGANIZATION OF LAUNDRY ROOM AND FOR CLEANING AND IRONING OF ALL LAUNDRY/LINENS. LOAD AND OPERATE WASHERS AND
DRYERS OR EXTRACTORS.MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUNICATE CLEARLY IN ENGLISH AND IN A POLITE & COURTEOUS MANNER. MUST BE ABLE TO STAND AND BEND
REPETITIVELY DURING ENTIRE SHIFT. MUST PASS PRE-EMPLOYMENT DRUG TEST, SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECK AND ROUTINE REFERENCES CHECKS. PRE-HIRE
DRUG SCREENING, SECURITY BACKGROUND CHECKS AND ROUTINE REFERENCE CHECK WILL BE CARRIED OUT EQUALLY BETWEEN USA WORKERS + H2B WORKERS.
MUST HAVE PRIOR CLUB, RESORT, OR HOTEL EXPERIENCE AS A HOUSEKEEPER.
WHILE PERFORMING THE DUTIES OF THIS JOB, THE EMPLOYEE IS FREQUENTLY REQUIRED TO STAND; WALK; TALK, SEE, HEAR; AND USE HANDS TO FINGER, HANDLE,
OR FEEL. THE EMPLOYEE IS OCCASIONALLY REQUIRED TO CLIMB OR BALANCE. THE EMPLOYEE IS REGULARLY REQUIRED TO STOOP, KNEEL, CROUCH, OR CRAWL;
REACH WITH HANDS AND ARMS. THE EMPLOYEE MUST FREQUENTLY LIFT AND/OR MOVE UP TO 10 POUNDS. THE EMPLOYEE MUST OCCASIONALLY LIFT AND/OR MOVE
UP TO 25 POUNDS. THE ABILITY TO BEND, STRETCH, TWIST, OR REACH WITH YOUR BODY, ARMS, AND/OR LEGS.
TRANSPORTATION TO THE PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT WILL BE PROVIDED, OR ITS COST TO WORKERS REIMBURSED, AT THE MOST REASONABLE COST, WITH
DOCUMENTATION PROVIDED, IF THE WORKER COMPLETES HALF THE EMPLOYMENT PERIOD. RETURN TRANSPORTATION WILL BE PROVIDED IF THE WORKER
COMPLETES THE EMPLOYMENT PERIOD OR IS DISMISSED EARLY BY THE EMPLOYER.
THE EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE WORKERS AT NO CHARGE ALL TOOLS, SUPPLIES, AND EQUIPMENT REQUIRED TO PERFORM THE JOB.
THE EMPLOYER GUARANTEES TO OFFER WORK FOR HOURS EQUAL TO AT LEAST ¾ OF THE WORKDAYS IN EACH 12-WEEK PERIOD OF THE TOTAL
EMPLOYMENT PERIOD.
VOLUNTARY HOUSING WILL BE AVAILABLE OFF-PROPERTY. IF VOLUNTARY HOUSING IS ELECTED, WEEKLY PAYROLL DEDUCTIONS WILL BE MADE. A WEEKLY PAYROLL
DEDUCTION FOR A SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL ALSO BE MADE FOR THOSE ELECTING VOLUNTARY HOUSING.
THE EMPLOYER WILL PROVIDE TRANSPORTATION, AT NO COST, TO AND FROM THE WORKPLACE FOR ANY TEMPORARY STAFF ELECTING VOLUNTARY HOUSING, WHO
DO NOT HAVE THEIR OWN VEHICLE.
THE EMPLOYER WILL REIMBURSE H2B WORKERS IN THE FIRST WORKWEEK FOR ALL VISA, VISA PROCESSING, BORDER CROSSING, OTHER RELATED FEES, INCLUDING
THOSE MANDATED BY THE GOVERNMENT, INCURRED BY THE H2B WORKER.
