- Job Duties:
- ATTENDS TO THE OVERALL CARE OF THOROUGHBRED RACEHORSES INCLUDING FEED, WATER, MAINTENANCE OF STALLS & TACK, CLEAN, BRUSH, TRIM OF HORSES, DISINFECT STALLS & BEDDING. LIFT LEGS AND CLEAN HORSES FEET AND APPLY LINIMENTS AND BANDAGES TO LEGS AS REQUIRED. WILL CARE FOR 1-5 HORSES AT A TIME. Days off Rotates. Split shifts 5-11am and 3-5 pm. Workers will work 40 hrs a week unless they decide to work overtime.
