- Sushi Cooks will be responsible for cleaning and preparing raw fish according to traditional Japanese sushi and sashimi style; cooking and preparing Japanese food; making sushi, sushi rolls, and sashimi plates; and ensuring freshness of food, ingredients, and raw materials by checking for quality.
