Job Duties:

Mix and serve drinks to customers at the bar or drinks ordered through wait staff. Assist with open and close of restaurant or food and beverage area. Set-up and tear down work station. Follow required safe cleaning and sanitizing procedures. Employer will offer 35 hours of work per week. Resort is open 7 days a week, workdays vary Sunday through Saturday. Rotating schedule, shift times 10am-6pm, 3pm-11pm. Shifts include 1 hour of unpaid break time. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy. Tip position. Allowed tip credit applied per FLSA guidelines to meet offered wage. Employer will guarantee offered wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the offered wage of $9.55 per hour.
