- Duties include: This employee will mix & spray or spread herbicides onto grass, shrubs, or trees, using backpack sprayers or spreaders. Fill sprayer tanks with water & chemicals, according to formulas. Lift, push, & swing nozzles, hoses, & tubes to direct spray over designated areas. Assist with cleaning work area, tools, and equipment.
