Job Duties:
Assists with food preparation and serving. Workers must be able to perform a variety of tasks without close supervision, including wash, peel, cut, prepare food; serve prepared items. Remove dishes from tables or counters, clean and organize eating, service, kitchen areas, and equipment. Stock service areas with supplies and perform assorted side duties. Entry level; requires supervision.

Special Requirements:
Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Workers required to work all shifts: 6:00am - 2:00pm; 2:00pm - 10:00pm; 10:00pm - 6:00am. Employee will be paid either a base rate of $5.00 per hour plus tips, or prevailing wage, whichever is higher.
