Job Duties:
Accommodate resort patrons at front desk and lobby by handling reservations, room keys, messages and financial transactions in person and via phone or computer systems. Assist staff and guests with gift shop, directions, and baggage processes. Greet incoming guests and escort them to their rooms. Transfer luggage, trunks, and packages to and from rooms, loading areas, vehicles, or transportation terminals, by hand or using baggage carts.

Special Requirements:
Must be able to stand for several hours, climb stairs, and lift/carry 75 lbs, when necessary. Fluent English speaking and reading skills required. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Shifts may include: 6AM-1:30PM, 2PM9:30PM and audit shift 10PM-5:30AM. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident.
