Job Duties:

Housekeeping Supervisors will be responsible for directly supervising and coordinating work activities of cleaning personnel at Harbor View Hotel, including providing coaching, encouragement and recognition to the housekeeping team, ensuring the turnover of all vacant and clean rooms in a timely manner, assisting with departmental scheduling, training, and performance management, inspecting rooms for cleanliness, damage, and maintenance issues, and cleaning rooms as necessary. May supervise up to eight (8) Housekeepers. Please see attached Job Description for additional information.

Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment background check. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment COVID-19 test if required under federal or state guidelines at the time of hire.
