Job Duties:

Front Desk Clerks will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations (by phone and online) and luggage, distributing information and schedules, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. The Front Desk Clerk will also be responsible for inspecting the guest rooms and for making sure the rooms are properly cleaned and ready for check-in. Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least three (3) months of front desk experience at a high-end hotel, resort, or private club.
