Job Duties:

Assist with inventory management of fine jewelry on Jewel Mate including pricing, tagging, transferring, packing inventory based on needs of each of our retail stores; answer telephone inquiries from customers for jewelry appraisal requests, jewelry repairs, payments and new orders, document calls, and follow up with customers as directed by management; mail and track packages to vendors and customers; take photos of jewelry pieces, organize and maintain photo library database on company server, post pictures and written descriptions for products on social media; process and record scheduled customer payments; and file and scan incoming mail into company Dropbox and email urgent requests to management. Shifts will vary from 5:00am to 10:00pm; up to 6 days/week; 40 hours/minimum and up to 32 hours overtime.
