Job Duties:

Tasks: The worker will set up, take down, clean, attend and operate concessions equipment at a traveling food trailer. These duties include but are not limited to cleaning equipment, cooking and serving food, taking in and organizing food stock and maintaining the unit itself. Tasks of setting up and taking down concessions equipment. Concession trailer is located properly, then put together with sides lifted, corner pieces attached. Bally cloths (canvas skirting) goes around top and bottom. Flags are raised on top. Connect to approved water supply, connect to generator or approved city electric, and approved drain supply. Requires cleaning of all equipment, grill, fryer, utensils, pans, counters, floor, windows. Taking down concession stand requires cleaning of all equipment, grill, fryer, utensils, pans, counters, floor, windows. Flags are lowered. Skirting comes down, then the corner panels are crated and stored, sides are closed and secured. Hitch is put on then hook up the truck.
