Job Duties:
***RFI Response*** Based on submitted paperwork for the job of Baitfish/Shellfish Packer&Packagers, Hand, the phrase load hopper/conveyor; specifically refers to placing baitfish into package processing equipment. ***Original*** Handle baitfish for sale; transport product to work area; load hopper/conveyor; place fish in 50 pound cartons or 65-70 pound baskets; lift/carry 70 pounds; transfer product to pallets; this job does not include cutting or cleaning fish; wash down work area with hose; occasionally operate equipment (shell stock washer and scales) under supervision; workers process oysters when available. Piece rate or prevailing wage paid to all employees. ***See attached addendum for expanded job description***
