- 1)Picking and processing seafood and whole, cooked crabs. 2)Sorting picked crab meat by grade (i.e., jumbo lump, backfin, special and claw). 3)Sorting, packing and loading seafood for consumption by the general public. 4)Preparing and cleaning work stations. 5)Other general labor. ***See attached addendum for expanded job description***
