- Job Duties: Perform tasks involving physical labor at a restaurant. May wash dishes, clean kitchen & preparation areas and food preparation equipment and utensils, along with all other duties required to properly run a kitchen and back house operations in the restaurant. When not washing or cleaning, may prepare a variety of food preparation duties other than cooking, such as preparing cold foods and shellfish, slicing meat, and brewing coffee or tea.
