Job Duties:
Work any cooking station in kitchen. Help with food prep & setup. Prepare season & cook chowders, seafood, meats, vegetables, desserts or other foodstuffs for very busy restaurant. Help inventory and order food and dry goods. Help create and prepare daily specials. Maintain sanitary working conditions. May help wash dishes, pots & pans. Help take out trash & mop floors at end of shift. Hours: 5:30 am-11:30 pm & or 3 pm-10pm. 6 days a week. Rotating schedule. Must work weekends and holidays.
