Job Duties:

The Shredder Technician/Trainer will be responsible for the oversight of metal recycling and processing equipment, including but not limited to scrap metal shredders, magnetic sorters, conveyor systems and air nozzle array. He will develop, oversee, and maintain a spare parts program for the companys metal shredder and recycling equipment; develop a predictive and preventative maintenance strategy for the company metal shredder and recycling equipment. He will be responsible for design maximization and maintenance of quality control operations of the companys metal shredder recycling and processing equipment. The position requires 12 months of experience in metal shredder operations and maintenance. Experience operating and performing maintenance on Wendt brand steel shredding equipment is also required.
