Job Duties:

to operate the evaporator station efficiently and keep the desire brix of syrup. Responsible for maintaining the juice pH to value in the evaporator while manufacturing of raw sugar.

Special Requirements:

Willing to work 7 days a week in varying 8 hour shifts during the manufacturing of raw sugar cane season. 40hrs a week after harvesting season will be offered until the end of the contract. Shifts are as follows: 6am-2pm; 2pm-10pm; 10pm-6am Overtime paid after 48 hours a week during harvesting season. Worker will have 30 minutes paid lunch break during the workday. On-site lodging will be offered to all workers that cannot reasonably return home at the end of the work period at no cost to the worker. A single workweek will be used in computing wages due. Wages are paid bi-weekly.
