Job Duties:

Coordinate and supervise Valeo F.C.s Soccer competitive program and team by instructing and providing training for players to achieve gains in athletic skill and team performance, promoting leadership, competitiveness, physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship. The soccer coach will be responsible for the design of a training and game program including planning, organizing, and conducting practice session and matches ensuring that all the athletic activities conform to the guidelines of the league and all health and safety policies. He will plan strategies and choose team members for individual games and for the 2021-2022 season. Additionally, the soccer coach will work closely with assistant coaches to keep them abreast of new information, innovative ideas and techniques for players depending on their positions and adjusting coaching techniques, based on the strengths and weaknesses of athletes; he will organize and supervise the coaching staff to assure that the program is properly implemented. He will identify and report all major injuries incurred during practice sessions or games to the medical personnel, conditioning coach and directors as needed. The soccer coach will also work with the administrative staff members to assist in the proper purchasing, inventory, and care of equipment.

Must show proof of legal authority to work in the U.S. Drug/Alcohol/Tobacco free work zone. Requires prolonged sitting or standing. Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials. Requires stooping, bending, and reaching. Requires some travel. Must work indoors and outdoors in all types of weathers. Must work in noisy and crowded environments. High school is the Min. edu. requirement. All applicants must be able, willing, qualified to perform work described and must be available for the entire period specified.
