- Job Duties:
- Lift sacks of oysters (50+lbs) on conveyor to wash, grade, and process through high pressure processing machine. Shuck oysters, box and run through cryogenic freezer for cold storage. Follow food safety reqmts and wash work area after processing. Will work 35-40 hrs per wk, Mon.-Sat., between 6:00am and 2:00pm. $11.25/hr. OT may be available at $16.88/hr. and will also be paid for any work performed on Sunday.
