Job Duties:

Front Desk/Concierges will be responsible for operating telephones in a polite and friendly manner, following proper telephone etiquette, greeting members and guests, assisting with reservations for spa services, dining, and special events, distributing Club information and schedules, executing point-of-sale and billing reconciliation for member and guest purchases such as spa products, services, and food and beverage, and collecting and sorting the mail on a daily basis. The Front Desk/Concierge will also be responsible for ensuring that all common areas in the front desk/reception area are properly cleaned, inventoried, restocked, and ready for guest appointments or reservations. Special Requirements:

The Petitioner will consider for employment any person who possesses at least six (6) months of front desk experience in a high-end hotel, resort, or private club. Applicant must complete pre-employment drug screening. Applicant may be required to complete pre-employment COVID-19 test if required under federal or state guidelines at the time of hire.
