Job Duties:

Take orders, serve food & beverages. Present menus, answer questions on menu, Observe & respond through entire service, Maintain knowledge of proper food & wine service. Must have exp in POS system. Punctual & Professional appearance, shifts vary, 7a - 4 p & 4p - 12a. Must communicate clearly in English. Must pass pre-employment drug test, background check + routine reference checks. Pre-hire drug screening, security background checks + routine reference checks will be carried out equally between USA workers & H2B workers. Must be able carry up to 30 lbs, walk or stand entire shift. Must have 6mo prior, recent, verifiable, club, resort, or fine dining high volume server exp. Must work any of the 7 days of the wk, holidays, days off rotate. no min edu required.Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes 50% of the employment period covered by the job order. Return transportation + daily subsistence from the place of employment to the place from which the worker, disregarding intervening employment, departed to work for the employer, will be provided or paid for, if the worker completes the certified period of employment or is dismissed from employment for any reason by the employer before the end of the employment period. we will arrange, cover the reasonable cost of inbound travel, w/ daily subsistence expenses. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical + reasonable common carrier for the distances involved. subsistence expenses incurred daily rate of min $12.68 per day w/ a max of $55.00 per day w/ receipts. we will reimburse H2B workers in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, other related fees, including those mandated by the government, incurred by the H-2B worker. (excl passport fees) we will provide workers without charge or deposit charge, all tools, supplies, + equipment required to perform the duties assigned. On the job training will be provided to workers. A single workweek used to compute wages due. pay is wkly. guarantees offer work for hours equal to at least of the workdays in each 12-wk period of the ttl employment period. all deductions required by law will be made. Voluntary shared housing secured off-property. If elected wkly payroll deductions of $90-$130 & Wkly deduction of $20 for security deposit. Possible payroll transition from weekly to bi-weekly end of year 2021.Fully equip kitchen to prepare meals. er will also provide 1 meal per shift worked at no cost. we will provide daily transportation, at no cost, to and from the workplace for any temporary workers electing voluntary shared housing, who do not have their own vehicle. All er provided transportation complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws & regulations, & must provide, at a minimum, the same vehicle safety standards, driver licensure requirements, and vehicle insurance as required under 49 CFR parts 390, 393, & 396.
