- Job Duties:
- Shuckers will prepare shell-stock for shucking by culling, washing, and sorting using a tumbler. Once the oyster is clean, shuckers will open the oysters and remove the oyster from the shell, hoist oysters onto washer, weigh, pack, label, palletize, and store. Shuckers will maintain a clean work area by re-sacking and discarding empty shells.
