Job Duties:

Wash and store all pots, pans, plates and utensils. Operate pot washing machine. Scrape all pans and pre-wash before putting into machine. Wash pots by hand when necessary. Ensure items are air dried before storage. Keep banquet plates and equipment clean and in storage. Clean kitchen machinery, walk in cooler and tables. Sweep, scrub, and mop floors, Clean walls, counter and food production areas. Clean loading dock and utilize pressure washer. Collect and dispose of all garbage in kitchen area. Assist cooks in food preparation, such as peeling and cutting. properly set up sink w/sanitizing & cleaning agents; assist in sanitation, including trash removal; keep work area floors clean, dry & safe; Other related duties. Employer offers 35 hrs work/week. Shifts: 7am 11pm. (5 rotating days including weekends). May work in multiple outlets throughout property. Selected candidates will receive a $500 sign-on bonus on their first day of employment.
