- Taco makers will prepare the sauce, marinate the meat using authentic Mexican spices, ensure that food preparation areas are clean and up to code and free of bacteria causing materials. After appropriate marinating time, the taco makers will then proceed to cook the meat and prepare the tacos using the housel sauces and spices.
