Job Duties:

Greet and welcome guests. Inform guests of specials and menu changes. Carry out suggestive sales work. Answer questions about our food, drinks and other restaurant functions and services. Take food and beverage orders from guests, enter orders into our computer system. Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Keep service areas clean. Monitor and observe guests while they dine. Ensuring they are satisfied with the food and service. Respond quickly and courteously to all their requirements. Help and support training. Prepare final check, present it to the guest, accept payment, process payment, bring change (if applicable) and card receipts. Take care of the details of service and cleaning during the operation. Assist staff in any of their activities. Motivate staff.

Special Requirements:

No special requirements. However, please be advised that we have two 8-hour shifts; one from 9:00 AM to 5:00PM and the other from 5:00PM to 1:00AM. Workers will rotate shifts. Also shifts may change depending on cruise line's times of arrival and departure.
