Job Duties:
1. Greets incoming guests and escorts them to their rooms, ensuring that all members/guests/visitors feel welcomed to the property by greeting them by name, opening doors, unloading luggage from vehicle and transporting it to their room by either personally carrying the luggage or using a luggage cart. 2. Parks or retrieves members/guests cars when asked and ensures safety of car keys. 3. Explains the operation of room and Club features, such as pointing out to members/guests who are new to the club the location of the bar, fire exits, how to use the TV, heat or air conditioning, coffee pot, safe and offers to get ice for them. 4. Ensures member/guest satisfaction by responding to inquiries with accurate information and a positive attitude, and by responding to and resolving any complaints. 5. Assists members/guests with equipment such as skis or snowboards, by delivering newspapers, mail, packages, and long term storage items to residences, and ensuring that an accurate record of items kept in long term storage is maintained and reported to the Director of Member Services. 6. Maintain clean lobbies or entrance areas for travelers or guests. 7. Anticipating member/guests needs and striving to meet and exceed those needs, including coordinating with other departments to ensure members/guests feel well-cared for and valued. 8. Attends team briefings. 9. Upon departure, assists members/guests by transporting luggage from room to vehicle and load luggage into vehicle and thank the member/guest by name for visiting The Teton Club.

Must possess a high school diploma or the equivalent; and Must either (a) possess a valid US drivers license with proof of a clean driving record, or (b) possess a valid foreign drivers license with proof of a clean driving record, and be willing to apply for a US drivers license within (7) days of commencing this position.
