Job Duties:

Take orders, serve/deliver food and beverage products to resort guests; assist with opening and closing of restaurant or food and beverage area. Set-up, clean and tear down work station; prepare side work, advise kitchen of items ordered, present check to guest, clear table/remove tray from guestroom. Clean and set tables, replenish supply of clean linens, silverware, glassware and dishes. Supply service/buffet/cold/hot bar with food and beverages. Follow all sanitation policies and guidelines. Employer will offer 40 hours per week. Resort open 7 days a week, rotating schedule Sunday through Saturday, shift times: 6:00am-2:30pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 11:00am-7:30pm, 3:00pm-11:30pm, 2:00pm-10:30pm. Workdays and shift times may vary with occupancy and events.

Special Requirements:

No minimum education required. 3-months Hotel/Resort Server experience required. Workers are subject to pre-employment criminal background checks, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B. Must be able to lift 25 lbs. Must be able to work weekends and holidays as required. Applicant must complete an employment application.
