Job Duties:

Work at car wash facility. Clean interior and exterior of automobiles, dispose of trash, vacuum floors and seats, wipe down surfaces, clean windshield and windows, shine rims and tires. Provide excellent customer service. The employer will offer approximately 40 hours per week. Open 7 days a week. Rotating shift Sunday-Saturday, 8am-6pm. One hour, unpaid break per shift. Hours and shifts vary on weather conditions.

Tip position. Employer may increase wage based on experience and/or provide additional pay for performance and tenure. Employer will guarantee offered wage for hours worked when allowed tip credit does not make hourly wage equal or exceed the offered wage of $14.48 per hour in Virginia, $15.00 per hour in Montgomery County Maryland and any subsequent increase on or after July 1, 2022, and $15.20 per hour in the District of Columbia. The tipped minimum wage will be paid and offset against tips received as follows: Virginia $2.13, Montgomery County Maryland $4.00, and the District of Columbia $5.05.
