- Job Duties:
- A specialty stonemason trained in the Balkan natural stone veneer technique. This mason must have 10 years of experience with natural stone masonry work. This job requires the mason to chisel out perfect pieces of stone from natural boulders and arrange them on the building facade in the indigenous Balkan style. Our client requested that the whole exterior of her office building be finished in the rustic chiseled natural stone facade that can be found on houses in the indigenous high mountain region of Serbia and Montenegro (where the client grew up). The mason must be qualified to perform this technique in picking out natural rocks and chiseling them to the unique shape and size required. The mason must also have proper knowledge of using cementitious adhesives pertaining to this technique to adhere the stone facade to the wall.
