Job Duties:

Work in ice cream manufacturing facility. Set up and operate equipment and machinery used in the manufacturing of ice cream food products (such as coders, tapers, auto case packers, boxers, carton lines, and horizontal and vertical lines). Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Other tasks as assigned. Follow directions from Supervisors. Employer will offer approximately 40 hours of work per week. Workdays will vary Monday through Saturday. Normal shift: 6:00 AM-2:30 PM. Additional shift times: 6:00 AM-2:30PM, 2:00PM-10:30PM, 10:00PM-6:30AM. Workdays and shift times may vary. Employees will break every two hours during a work shift. After the first two hours the employee will receive a 15 minute paid rest period. After the second two hours the employee will receive a 30 minute unpaid meal period, where the employee is relieved of all duties during the 30 minute meal period. After the third two hours the employee will receive a second 15 minute paid rest period. If the employee exceeds eight hours in a day, but less than ten hours, the employee will receive a third 15 minute paid rest period. If the employee exceeds ten hours in a workday, the employee will be provided a second 30 minute unpaid meal period, where the employee is relieved of all duties during the 30 minute meal period. The employee and employer may agree to waive the second meal period if the employee did not waive the first meal period.

No minimum education or experience required. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must pass a pre-employment criminal background check and a pre-employment and post- injury or incident drug test, paid by employer and applied equally to all workers, U.S. and foreign/H-2B.
