- Job Duties:
- Line Cooks/Prep Cooks will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant. Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices. Must be able to stand, bend, kneel and reach high areas to clean. Must lift/carry 50 lbs when necessary.
