Job Duties:

Perform food preparation tasks; such as cleaning or preparing various foods for cooking or serving, cutting vegetables, shucking clams, peeling potatoes, and breading fish. Grill, cook, and fry foods such as fish and french fries. Complete orders by placing food on plates and serving customers at counter. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition. Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage. Restock and rotate kitchen supplies. Clean and sanitize work areas, food preparation equipment, utensils, dishes, silverware, and counters. Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or by hand. Place clean dishes, utensils, or cooking equipment in storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Sweep or scrub floors. Entry level; requires supervision.
