Job Duties:

Assist staff and guests in fine-dining restaurant and lounge areas by performing a combination of any of the following tasks: table-setting, taking meal orders at tables, serving foods,making and pouring drinks, processing payments via computer system, polishing, and catering assistance. Learn menus and beverage lists and explain to customers.

Special Requirements:

Must be able to stand/walk for several hours and lift/carry up to 25 pounds, with full dexterity of hands/arms. Fluent English speaking and reading skills required. 7AM-3PM or 4PM12AM. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Employer-paid drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers prior to commencing work and post-hire at random, upon suspicion of use, and post-accident.
