- Job Duties:
- Landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Workers typically perform a variety of tasks, which may include any combination of the following: sod laying, mulching, edging, mowing, trimming, planting, watering, fertilizing, digging, raking. Prepare driveways/parking lots for sealcoat, crack sealing and blowing off leaves/debris and removing litter. Entry level; requires supervision.

- Must lift/carry 50 lbs., when necessary. Work schedule is at least 5 days/week with shifts varying by day and work days varying by week to include Saturday and Sunday. Must be available to work all shifts: 5 am -1:30 pm; 4 pm-12 am; 12 am- 7 am. Post-hire post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers.
