Job Duties:

Provide supplemental training to new and underperforming Representatives through job shadowing, real-time feedback, and role play activities. Provide training to teammates on sales tactics at daily market training meetings. Shadow sales reps during door-to-door in-home presentations with potential residential customers to have a smart home system installed in the customers home. Instruct, demonstrate and mentor sales reps in building and selling custom smart home packages unique to each customers home. Demonstrate how to ensure customer satisfaction while answering phone calls and emails if brand new onboarded customers have questions about the product installed.
