Job Duties:

Responsible for producing rotational molded plastic components by permanent mold process. Sets up machines and equipment utilized for plastic molding. Verifies setup of plastic molding machines, including proper mold alignment and curing temperatures. Initiates changes in mold and core alignment, curing temperature, or timing cycle of casting machine to correct defects after communication and approval from supervisor. Establishes or adjust work procedures to meet production schedules. Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of products. Cut and grind scrap as needed.

Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, crawl, and climb. Must be able to lift/move between 5 and 75 pounds. Must have demonstrated ability performing manual labor using hand tools (e.g., hammer, saw, screwdriver, drill). Must be able to see with close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must have demonstrated ability performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to read and follow documented procedures and standards in English or Spanish.
