Job Duties:

Perform manual labor to landscape or maintain grounds of property using hand or power tools or equipment. Lay sod, mow, mulch, plant, fertilize, and dig. Perform bed preparation by digging holes with shovels and leveling soil with rakes. Move large amounts of soil and stones using a wheel barrow and stacking bags of soil. Dig irrigation trenches using a shovel. Workers will dig 6 inch by 2 inch trenches using hand shovels for the purpose of installing bed edging and repairing irrigation lines. Drug free workplace. Drug testing will be carried out equally between U.S. workers and H-2B workers at employers expense. Upon suspicion, random and post-accident drug testing may be conducted throughout the employment period at no cost to the worker. Workers who have a valid driver's license may drive vehicles to transport workers.

Must lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requires physical stamina. Work outdoors, in extreme temperatures, and adverse weather. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Uniforms provided at no cost and are to be worn at all worksites. Must pass drug screenings.
