- Job Duties:
- Prepare all foods for lunch and dinner service. This includes chopping all vegetables, breading and stuffing proteins, shucking shellfish, making desserts. Line setup for service. Preparing sauces and soups. Assembling dishes (plating). Working closely with lead line cooks preparing for daily turnout.

- No experience is necessary as we will train on-site. However, proficiency in English, knife skills, or general prepping or cooking experience is a plus. Will assist in the acquisition of bikes for the employees.
