- Job Duties:
- ***RFI Response*** Prepping cold line items, hot line items, and sauté stations. Food ranges from cold items such as salads and sandwiches to hot items such as steaks, seafood, and chicken. ***Original F.a.2*** Prepare and portion food. Prep, saute, and fry according to standard recipes. Handle knives and operate small kitchen equipment safely. Must work well in a fast paced and close environment.

- Must safely lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. Workers scheduled for one 8-hr shift per day between the hours 7am-11pm, Sunday Saturday with 1-2 days off per week. A criminal background check will take place post-hire, pre-employment.
