- Will clean work areas, floors, equipment, utensils, and dishes; stock shelves; prepare food for cooking; remove trash. Weekend work is required with varying shifts. Workers may rotate between restaurants. Shifts: 6 am-1 pm; or 3 pm-10 pm. One meal provided, five days of on-the-job training; discretionary raises/bonuses.
