- Perform variety of routine tasks in freezing, preserving, or packing roe products. Duties may include washing, cleaning, sorting, or grading roe and roe bi-products. Normal hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon - Fri), however, schedule may vary depending on fishing conditions. Overtime is needed up to 44 hours per week.
