Job Duties:

a. Supervisor will direct and coordinate activities of the workers engaged in landscaping b. Supervisor will also be conducting landscaping and lawn service work c. Supervisor will interact with customers to ensure that works is proceeding as contracted d. Supervisor will monitor project activities to ensure that instructions are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained e. Establish and enforce operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety f. Supervisor will coordinate with owner and customer to address any changes in work order g. Supervisor will maintain required records such as personnel information or project records h. Supervisor will perform administrative duties, such as authorizing leaves or processing time sheets i. Supervisor will plant or maintain vegetation through activities such as mulching, fertilizing watering, mowing, or pruning j. Supervisor will confer with managers or landscape architects to develop plans or schedules for landscaping maintenance or improvement.
