***RFI Response*** The Operations Manager reports to the company owners and is responsible for the day to day operations. They will contribute to the business growth and profitability through expense control, staff management, and employee training. Key Duties and Responsibilities Include: -Oversees event scheduling to include efficient assignment of equipment and staff -Oversees employee productivity and satisfaction to build commitment to providing guests with exceptional service and memorable experiences, while ensuring company policies are followed -Analyzes data to identify trends for improved efficiencies and increased business development -Optimize business workflows and identify needed improvements in operations through prcocess analyzsis, resulting in effective cost control increased profits -Manages stock through inventory records -Restocks the Kona Truck as needed by adding cups, flavoring, and ice to the truck -Collaborates with team to identify individual and team goals -Trains staff on equipment operations, product knowledge, and guest services -Evaluates, coaches, and develops all team members -Performs duties of operator of Kona Truck, as needed, which includes: restocking the truck of ice, Kona flavors, and serving supplies; driving the truck (gross vehicle weight is 9900 lbs) to and from events, serving shaved ice at events, tracking sales and the money made during each event, and ensuring that each event contact has a positive experience with Kona Ice. ***Original F.a.2*** The Operations Manager reports to the Owner and is responsible for the day to day operations.
