Job Duties:

Work on kill floor: skinning, eviscerating, splitting slaughtered livestock with power saw, beef, hogs, sheep and goats. cleaning and moving carcasses into cooler. Daily cleanup. Work in processing room: breaking down carcasses from hanging rail and cutting them into primal cuts on band saw. Trim and debone cuts for further processing, cutting meat on band saw into steaks and roasts. Grinding and packaging of ground meat. Wrapping and labeling of cuts of meat and smoked products. Putting boxed meat into freezer. Daily cleanup.

Special Requirements:

WORKER MUST BE ABLE TO SKIN, EVISCERATE, SPLIT AND CLEAN SLAUGHTERED BEEF, PIGS, SHEEP AND GOATS. MUST BE ABLE TO CUT CARCASSES INTO PRIMAL AND SUBPRIMAL CUTS, DEBONE MEAT, GRIND AND PACKAGE GROUND MEAT, WRAP AND LABEL CUTS OF MEAT AND SMOKED PRODUCTS. CLEAN THE FACILITY. MUST BE ABLE TO STAND FOR THE INTIRE SHIFT. LIFT 50-75 POUNDS THROUGH OUT THE SHIFT
