Job Duties:
All food preparation and serving related workers not listed separately. Dishwashing - washing and putting away dishes Prep Cook - prep menu items, Line cook - prepare recipes to specs. General Cleaning - mopping floors, taking out trash, cleaning dining room, Setting up the line - prepping and setting up stations in the kitchen, Putting away orders and checking in deliveries, Food Runner - delivering food from kitchen to table, Busser - removing dirty dishes from table and delivering them to dishwasher, wiping tables, setting tables.
